  So many things to look at and choose from! Not the easiest shop to navigate (again, so much stuff!), but well worth a wander. Found some English sweets we hadn't seen in ages!

  Was very rude to our family but treated the other customers in the store respectfully for some reason. Priority seemed to have been given to the customers in line behind us, as we stood in line for 10 minutes only to have others go before us. Female manager tried to charge us $10 extra and double-charge us for our purchase; then proceeded to give attitude for the correction. Will be giving our business to the other ice cream shop in Waterton from now on, because this terrible experience was simply not worth it. I will also be contacting the BBB, because this has not been the first time we have had issues with this business.

  Great variety of candies, ice creams and all chocolate. But the only things we bought was pretty not edible. Chocolate fudge tasted like old chocolate and Turkish candies really hard too. Come on , make fresh batch,it looks you only do one batch for all the season and the taste suffers from that.
